Absolutely! Bookkeepers and CPAs serve different roles in your business. Bookkeepers handle the day-to-day maintenance of your books, keeping everything organized and accurate before it’s passed to your CPA. Your CPA or tax preparer then focuses on your bigger financial picture, especially preparing and strategizing for the best possible tax outcome.
Do I need a bookkeeper if I have a CPA? What's the difference between the two?
Every client we work with receives a proposal package that’s thoughtfully tailored to them. On our initial call, we’ll dive into your business, your goals, and where you’re headed. From there, we’ll map out a plan that aligns with where you are now and where you want to grow. You won’t have to guess what you need—we’ll guide you to the right level of support.
How do I know which service is the best fit for my business?
Honestly...Nothing at all!
Whether you’re starting fresh or need a clean-up, we’ve got you covered. We’ll handle the messy stuff so you can focus on what you do best.
What do I need to have set up before working with you?
If you are an S-Corp or have employees,
we will set you up on Gusto for payroll. You'll be responsible for running payroll & paying the subscription fee, but we'll manage the integration and help trouble shoot when needed. we'll also extend a discount for the subscription!
Sales Tax - yes! Make sure to indicate this on your client interest form or on our discovery call and we can take care of this for you :)
Do you do payroll and sales tax?
Absolutely! Are you switching to S-Corp and not sure where to start? We can help guide you through every step, from paperwork and account registrations to payroll setup, and choosing the right salary.
